Minimum Age for Learning Permit 15 years
Instruction permit holding Period 3 months
Minimum amount of supervised driving 25 hours

Unsupervised driving rules Licensed minor who is 16 may not drive unsupervised between 11pm and 6am (for Friday & Saturday nights, between 12 midnight and 6am).
Passenger rules If driver is under 18, the number of passengers cannot exceed the number of available seat belts. Only one (1) passenger may sit in the front seat.
Other Applicants may receive a waiver for the road test if they complete a driver education course
