Minimum Amount of Supervised Driving 35 hours (including 5 hrs at night)

Unsupervised Driving Rules Provisional license holders under 18 may not drive at all between 12 midnight and 5am. They may drive unsupervised outside of these hours alone or with immediate family members. A supervising licensed driver 20 years or older must be present if carrying non-family member passengers for the first 180 days of receiving the license
Passenger Rules Provisional driver's license holders under 18 may NOT carry passengers outside their immediate family for the first 180 days after receiving their license, unless accompanied by a licensed supervising driver who's at least 20 years old and seated in the front passenger seat
Other Driver education is a requirement for applicants under 18
