When you login to your online account for the first time, our system will test your computer and your browser to make sure it meets the minimum requirements needed to take this course. Required programs such as Flash Player or Adobe Reader that may be missing from your computer may be downloaded through our website for free. -
How long will it take to receive my certificate?
Your certificate of completion will be sent out on the same day that you complete the course via U.S. Regular Mail. If you complete the course after 4:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time, your DMV certificate will be sent out on the following day. You should receive your certificate in 5-6 days after completing our course. If you need your certificate immediately, you can request next day, second day, or third day courier service. -
