Is A License To Drive licensed by the Indiana DMV to offer driver training courses?

I live out in the middle of nowhere. There are rural and mountain roads everywhere. Will A License To Drive teach me how to drive in BOTH rural AND city areas?
If you live in a rural or mountain community, chances are that a local driving school like A License To Drive will include driving lessons specifically tailored to that terrain. 
Now that I'm 14, will Indiana allow me to get an instruction permit to drive?
Not likely.  Most states require residents to be at least 15 or 15 1/2 years old before applying for a learner's permit.  We recommend that your contact the Indiana DMV office or a Indiana-approved driver training institute such as A License To Drive to learn more about the minimum driving age requirement in Indiana.
Will I be required to enroll in both a drivers education classroom or online course and a behind-the-wheel training course in Portage Indiana?
