B & B Driving School FAQ’s
B & B Driving School is listed on your website as a driving school which offers driver training courses. How do I know if B & B Driving School is a certified school in Washington?
While we include a list of driving schools on our website for your convenience, we cannot guarantee that every single one of them is currently licensed by the Washington DMV.  We suggest you contact B & B Driving School directly or the Washington DMV to find out if B & B Driving School is a fully-accredited driver training school.
Could I just have my mother or father teach me how to drive instead of paying money to take a professional behind-the-wheel training course?
It depends on which state you live in.  There are some states which allow you to complete your hands-on driver training with a parent or guardian instead of attending a professional driving school.  However many states require that new drivers take a professionally-taught behind-the-wheel training course.  We recommend that you check with your state's DMV office to find out if your parent or guardian can fill the role as your behind-the-wheel driving instructor.
Do I need to tell B & B Driving School that I need to train with an automatic-shift vehicle? I don't know how to operate a manual-shift automobile.
Most new drivers don't know how to operate either a manual-shift OR and automatic-shift automobile!  We recommend that you ask B & B Driving School if you can complete your driver training using an automatic-shift vehicle before you sign up to take their driver training course.
I don't live anywhere near a city. There are unpaved roads and bumpy terrain all around my house. How do I know if B & B Driving School will train me on how to drive in a rural area like where I live and not just teach me how to drive in a town-or city-type environment?
Since B & B Driving School is a local driver training company in your area, it's a safe bet that B & B Driving School will be motivated (or perhaps required) to teach its local customers how to drive on rugged terrain.  If you want to make certain, however, you may want to call B & B Driving School to find out exactly what's included in their driver training course before you sign up with them.
If I'm 14, can I get a driver's permit to drive in Washington?
Possibly.  However, you should be aware that most states require you to be at least 15½ years old before you can get an instruction permit.  We recommend that you contact the Washington Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or a licensed driving school such as B & B Driving School to find out exactly what the minimum age requirement is in Washington.
Will I be required to enroll in both a drivers education classroom or online course and a behind-the-wheel training course in Spokane Washington?
It depends on which state you live in, but many states now mandate new teen-aged drivers to register for both a drivers education course as well as a behind-the-wheel training course.
I am looking to register for a Spokane Washington behind-the-wheel training course. Can B & B Driving School assist me with this?
Yes.  behind-the-wheel training courses are available in Spokane Washington through B & B Driving School.  Please contact B & B Driving School directly with questions regarding their schedule of classes and registration information.
What are the requirements in Spokane Washington for obtaining a drivers license?
It depends on your state's laws, however in many states, teen-agers must complete both a drivers education classroom course and a driver training course.  B & B Driving School may offer an approved driver training course which you could take.  Please contact B & B Driving School for information regarding their available classes and how to go about registering for them.
Am I required to take a Spokane Washington behind-the-wheel training course?
All drivers in Washington are required to take a behind-the-wheel training course.  You should contact B & B Driving School to learn more about the courses they offer.
Can I sign up to take a Washington-licensed driver training course even if I don't have my Washington learners permit yet?
Most likely, no.  Most states have laws that mandate a pre-licensed driver to have obtained a Washington learners permit before registering in a Washington behind-the-wheel training course.  It would be best for you to contact a driving school such as B & B Driving School and ask for more information.
